These Terms of Service govern your use of the Narrivo website and the creative production services we provide. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, requesting a quote, or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

Narrivo is an editorial and digital-media house offering linguistic editing, copywriting, book and publication production, advertising, publicity, digital marketing, content writing, and photography. The specific deliverables for any engagement are defined in a written project scope or quote.

3. Project Engagement and Scope

Each project begins with an agreed scope describing deliverables, timelines, and pricing. Work outside the agreed scope ("scope changes") may require an adjusted quote and timeline. We will communicate any such changes before proceeding.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed, projects may require a deposit before work begins, with the remaining balance due at defined milestones or upon delivery. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner. Late or incomplete payment may pause delivery until resolved.

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you receive ownership of the final approved deliverables created specifically for your project. We retain ownership of underlying tools, templates, working files, and the right to display non-confidential work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Confidentiality

We treat materials and information you share as confidential and use them only to deliver your project. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties except as required to provide the service or comply with the law.

7. Revisions and Approvals

Each engagement includes a defined number of revision rounds as stated in the project scope. Additional revisions beyond that allowance may incur extra charges. Approval of a deliverable indicates it meets the agreed requirements.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" to the extent permitted by law. Narrivo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

Either party may end an engagement with written notice. If you terminate after work has begun, you remain responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date. Refund handling is described in our Refund Policy.
