Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the project, the work already delivered, and the agreed scope. We assess each request fairly and individually, and aim to reach a reasonable outcome.
2. Refund Eligibility
If you cancel a project before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of amounts paid, minus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred on your behalf.
3. Partial Refunds
For work that is in progress, refunds are calculated based on the portion of work completed and resources committed. You will receive any completed deliverables corresponding to the retained amount.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally non-refundable: deliverables already completed and approved, custom work produced to your specifications, rush fees, and third-party costs (such as stock licenses, paid assets, or external services) purchased for your project.
5. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Once approved, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
